To help, we have listed some frequently asked questions:
- When should I have my trial and how long does it last?
A. Ideally you should have your trial as soon as you have your dress and accessories, but no later than 12 weeks before your wedding date. The trial itself will last between 1-2 hours.
- If I book a trial, will I have to go ahead with a wedding day booking?
A. You are under no obligation to book us after a trial. If we don’t hear from you within 7 days after your trial, we will assume you no longer require our services.
- What will I need for the trial?
A. You can bring along images of anything you like so we can discuss how this will work for your wedding day look.
- When do I pay?
A. The trial needs to be paid for at the trial. If you go ahead and book, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking (non refundable). The remainder to be paid at least 4 weeks before your wedding day. You can pay by cash or via PayPal.
- Are false eyelashes included in the price?
A. False eyelashes are not included in the price. Strip lashes are available, please ask for further details
- What make-up products do you use?
A. We use high quality, professional beauty products including Mac, Nars, Bobbi Brown, Kryolan, Stageline, Motives, Urban Decay, Airbase, Rimmel and Benefit.
- I have sensitive skin. Will your make-up products upset my skin?
A. All the products we use are hypo-allergenic, so are unlikely to cause you a problem.
